ABSTRACT
This study explores the concept of Female Gaze in the film "Hala" using Joseph V. Mascelli's cinematography theory. The research focuses on visually representing Female Gaze in the film to depict the life experiences of the main character, Hala. Through various cinematography elements, the film portrays subjective viewpoints that guide the audience's attention to significant moments in Hala's life, evoking a strong Female Gaze. This enables viewers to empathize with the female perspective conveyed through the film's visual storytelling.
